Eduzz App – Payment Options
The objective was to make available within the Eduzz app the possibility of activating other payment options at checkout, thus increasing the producer’s chances of conversion.
For this project, in addition to user journey analysis and screen prototyping, I also performed usability tests to validate the flow. After delivery, we performed an analysis of activation vs. inactivation metrics of features and a comparison of revenue increase.

Checkout – Multiple Order Bumps
An Order Bump is an additional product that is offered to the buyer at checkout, thus increasing the average purchase ticket. The goal was to offer the producer the possibility to add multiple order bumps at checkout. The challenge was to create a simple and practical flow for the user, but which met all the needs raised in previous interviews.
📈 50% more Order Bump product purchases compared to last year.
