Interactive Presentation of the Building

Tool created to present the developments in a charming and didactic way, helping both brokers and buyers in the buying and selling journey

Overview

The team had the challenge of creating an interactive presentation of the building that managed to charm and answer the customers’ main doubts, but that gave the realtors the freedom to present the product in the way they felt most comfortable.

My role

  • Interview with brokers and managers
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframe
  • Prototyping,
  • Development and training.

The challenges and processes involved

We started the process by interviewing all the company’s brokers, to understand how they presented the product, what their main difficulties were and what the customers’ main questions were.

We understand that in general each one presented in a different way, using mainly printed materials, usually worn and dirty.

We surveyed the main questions that customers asked, so it was possible to create a list of priorities to create the presentation script

Validations and prototypes

With the base script for the presentation in hand, we held a meeting with the commercial and marketing managers to validate the strategy and proceed with the prototyping.

We created a wireframe and then developed a prototype, with which we made some adjustments to the script.

With the prototype in hand, we selected some brokers to validate the application. It was possible to see from this that it would be necessary to readjust the layout of the interface, based on the way in which the brokers presented the product.

Training and results obtained

With the application/presentation ready, we trained all the brokers. Having implemented the tool, we were able to reduce the product information noise, the brokers had a presentation that helped them to demonstrate all the differences of the enterprise. In addition, we reduced the doubts customers had about the product after the initial presentation to almost zero.
